Palmer Thompson, a proud Spartanburg native, brings a dynamic blend of academic achievement and hands-on experience to Spencer/Hines Properties. A 2024 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Finance, emphasizing in real estate, Palmer also enriched his expertise with an internship at Sands Investment Group in Charleston in 2023. Following this, he completed his real estate education at the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate before joining Spencer/Hines Properties.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Palmer is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying golf, basketball, and snowboarding. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his successful venture into boat detailing, a business he managed throughout college. Palmer’s diverse interests and experiences shape his approach at Spencer/Hines Properties, where he is dedicated to applying his skills and passion to support the firm's clients and contribute to its success.
