Neil’s career has allowed him to experience the brokerage, lending, development, and stressful and lower-stress side of real estate. Many of the transactions and repeat event clients have focused upon land development, industrial-warehouse (including flex space), mini-storage, convenience/gas, retail strip centers, QS restaurants, and multi-family investment properties. Specific involvement in abandoned building- tax credit, conservation easement, 10-31, New Market Tax Credit, Cost Segregation, foreclosures, and environmentally challenged transactions have helped develop an awareness of opportunities and pitfalls which he uses for his client’s benefits. Interests involve running, cycling, golf, encouraging and serving others, and promoting good in a world that fights against it daily.
