Jennifer's journey in the professional world began in restaurant management. In 2014, she ventured into real estate administration, eventually becoming a licensed property manager in 2018. While she currently holds an inactive status, her experience in property management is extensive.
By May 2023, Jennifer had climbed the ranks from an entry-level position to Operations Manager in the property management field. Her roles varied widely, covering duties such as field/showing specialist, leasing, inspections, maintenance, evictions, management agreements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and even gaining initial insights into commercial properties.
In May 2023, Jennifer joined Spencer Hines Properties as a Business Office Manager. She thrives in this role, enjoying the dynamic culture and collaboration with agents to ensure smooth operations.
On a personal note, Jennifer has been happily married to Alonzo since April 16, 2011. They share their home with a cat and a dog. Together, they cherish vacations to the Smokey Mountains and visiting family in the Low Country, SC.
