Our Team

Evan Hines Wilkins is a native of Greenville, SC.  She graduated from Clemson University in 2011 with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Management.  After college, Evan started her career in Greenville as a Marketing Specialist at SYNNEX Corporation.  In April 2015, she decided to make a change and started working with her dad, Bobby Hines, and brother, Zach Hines, at Spencer/Hines Properties in Greenville.  Her current role consists of both Office Management and Licensed Agent duties. 

Her primary focus is office and retail sales and leasing, but she has worked in all types of transactions throughout her real estate career including industrial, land, and investment properties. She loves working with local property and business owners as well as advising clients that are new to the area. She currently resides in Greenville with her husband and their children. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
