Our Team

Cameron, a Greenville, SC native, graduated from Clemson University in 2013. She started with Spencer/Hines Properties in early 2021 as a broker alongside Zach Hines. From 2021-2023, together, Zach and Cameron have negotiated numerous commercial leases and sales with a total volume of over $74,000,000. Prior to starting her career as a commercial real estate agent, Cameron worked in marketing and business development for a General Contractor in Charleston, SC. Her background and knowledge of the commercial construction industry helped facilitate the transition to commercial real estate. Cameron enjoys “digging up” off-market opportunities and is committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
