SpencerHines Greenville Explodes with Several Transactions!

Bobby Hines, partner and Broker in Charge with Spencer Hines Properties, Greenville, LLC recently leased +/-1,450 square feet of office space located at 2510 Wade Hampton Blvd. to Creative Design Media Group represented by Drew Stern of NAI Earle Furman. The owner of the complex is Shockley Investments.
The Hines team, Zach and Bobby Hines at Spencer Hines Properties, Greenville, LLC recently leased 1,400 square feet located at 520 E. North Street next to Hertz rental car to Uptown Salon, LLC. The new tenant will operate a full service salon and will have convenient onsite parking.
Bobby Hines, with Spencer Hines Properties, Greenville, LLC recently sold a property located at 110 N. Markley Street for $995,000.00. The property consists of +/-18,000 square foot building.   The Seller of the property was T&N Enterprises, LLC. The Buyers plan to lease the building as is to renovate for the right Tenant, or possibly sell.
Zach Hines, with Spencer Hines Properties, Greenville, LLC represented the Seller, Green Plaza LLC, in the sale of a 20,000 +/- SF retail building near the downtown art history museum. It was sold to the city of
Greenville who plans to redevelop the site in the future. Sale price was $815,000.00.
Zach Hines represented the purchaser, Varieur Investments, LLC, in the purchase of a 6,000 +/- SF building located at 213 N. Main St. Greenville across from the Hyatt in downtown Greenville, the former Ballew and Scott Building. Zach also represented the Landlord in leasing the street level retail of that space to the Vault clothing company out of Charleston.
