Zach Hines, with Spencer Hines Properties, represented NomaCo, LLC, on the purchase of two buildings totaling +-19,000 square feet @ the signalized intersection of Main Street & College Street in Downtown Greenville. The building consists of 245-245 N. Main Street as well as 11 College Street.
NomaCo, LLC is excited about their recent acquisition of the Downtown Greenville Main Street investment property (formally known as the Prevost Building) which serves as the gateway building to Main Street from I-385. NomaCo, LLC partners are all Greenville natives and have watched the Downtown Greenville market explode over the last decade.
The existing tenants, Blu Martini and Sushi Koji, are to remain as tenants in the building. Zach Hines, with Spencer Hines Properties, successfully leased the former Natural Baby space located at 11 College Street to a New York style market/grocery/ & deli that plans to open for business within the next several months. The market concept will sell everything from beer & wine for off premises consumption, to farm fresh vegetables and eggs, deli sandwiches, and more.
Jane Kelley, one of the partners in NomaCo, LLC, plans to renovate the wide open +/- 3,000sf space above the Market/Grocery/& Deli into an event space called “The Upper Room” in 2015. “The Upper Room”, will be available for lease to individuals and/or companies for private parties, meetings, functions, and more. “The Upper Room” will provide a much needed event space in the northern part of Main Street in Downtown Greenville. Kelley also plans to use the space for art related classes and more.
NomaCo, LLC is currently seeking a multi-level user that would incorporate the +/- 2,067 sf Main street (street level) space, the upstairs +/- 4,525 sf space, and the roof top into one concept. NomaCo, LLC is now accepting interviews from various prospects.
