On Friday February 22, Spencer Hines’ President Ben Hines, was proud to name Agent Guy Harris the Agent of The Year for 2012. This is Guy’s 3^rd time receiving this prestigious award as he was also named agent of the year in 2003 and 2008. This award is presented annually to the agent chosen by the office staff and agents. The criterion was based on professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and over-all representation in the commercial real estate community. As recognized by CoStar, the nation’s
leading commercial properties research firm, Guy is one of the most productive agents in the upstate.

In addition to Guy’s dedication to his job with Spencer Hines Properties for the past 18 years, he is also the current girl’s head soccer coach at Westgate Christian School, on the advisory board for the National Bank of South Carolina, a board member on National Hoops Ministries, a board member on the Carolina FC, a loving husband to Real Estate Agent Christy Harris, and a father to seven children ranging from college age to 3 years old.
