Spencer Hines enjoyed participating in Spartanburg’s Annual Chili Cook-Off last Saturday. Guests were able to taste each of the participants chili recipes and vote for their favorite one.

All proceeds benefited the students at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind.
