Panda Express is a fast casual restaurant chain which serves Chinese cuisine and have locations across the United States. They were traditionally located in food courts and college campuses but have now started to operate stand-alone restaurants.

Last month the Seller Doug Cobb and the Purchaser Panda Express closed on the property located at 1021 Fernwood Glendale Road. Lynn Spencer, CCIM, BIC with Spencer Hines Properties represented the Seller in this transaction.
