We have a lot to celebrate as a company and individually as well. 2014 has been a great year for Spencer/Hines Properties. We have grown in our business and expanded into the Greenville market. We were able to gain more listings than 2013 and increase our sale and lease deals too. We were also able to help out and participate in more charities and community events this year such as the Run for the Vets, The Spartanburg Hog fest, and The Carolina Pregnancy Center.
President, Ben Hines, also announced a new award that they want to present each year called the Circle of Excellence award. This award is to go to the person or persons who demonstrate honor, integrity, community involvement, productivity, responsiveness to clients and associates, and a general team player. This year the award was presented to two recipients that demonstrated these qualities in 2014. They were agents Craig Jacobs and Dale Seay.
Craig Jacobs has been with our company since 2006. Since joining the company, he has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate in both buyer and seller representation, as well as leasing of properties for both landlords and tenants. He is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. In 2009 he was recognized as the Spencer/Hines Properties Agent of the Year.
Dale Seay is the newest agent in our Spartanburg office joining Spencer Hines Properties in June, 2013. Having spent over 20 years in the wholesale lumber business and 9 years as the owner of Seay Trading, LLC, he understands the needs of small business owners. Dale is licensed in South Carolina and you will find him more than willing and able to go the extra mile in finding you the right property for your needs or the right tenant for your property. We want to say congratulations to these two men on achieving this award within our company.
We are a family at Spencer/Hines and we want to recognize that God is the one that has blessed us this year. We have so many things that we can be thankful for this year and in years past. He has carried us through the tough times and shows us our blessings during both the good and the bad. James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow if turning.” Merry Christmas, we pray that you will also find Christ in Christmas this year!
