Meet Grayson Atkins, who joined our team in September 2022. Grayson’s passion for real estate stems from the strong connections he’s made through it and the positive impact it has on the community. He’s a 2020 Furman University graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business, in addition to receiving his Masters in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina in 2022.

Fun fact: Grayson was the starting kicker for five years during his college career and even had a short stint with the Indianapolis Colts in 2022!

He has represented parties in numerous lease and purchase deals, including the $795,000 purchase of 1916 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs, SC in March. Grayson currently has a few more sale/purchase deals under contract.

In his free time, Grayson enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach. He’s also a proud member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church and recently tied the knot with his wife, Amelia, in March 2023.
