Meet Chad Roache, who joined our team in September 2023. Chad is a commercial real estate agent with a diverse background and a passion for making a positive impact on his community. Born and raised in Anderson, SC, Chad graduated from The Citadel in 1998, where he also played as a walk-on wide receiver for the football team.

With experience in both residential and commercial real estate, as well as outside sales with Lenovo in Chicago, IL, Chad brings a unique perspective to the industry. He is a dedicated family man, with four children and two stepchildren, residing in Lyman, SC, with his wife Tiffany.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Chad is an accomplished obstacle course competitive runner, with over 10 top 3 finishes in Spartan, Hyrox, DekaFit, and ultra marathons, as well as a newfound passion for golf. Additionally, Chad is a Certified Personal Trainer and the founder of MotionFuel, an endurance and performance beverage company.

As a commercial agent, Chad is driven to support current businesses and attract new ones to the area that align with the growing needs of the community. His goal is to positively impact his community and state through his work in commercial real estate.
