Spencer/Hines Properties brokered a build to suit investment deal between Enigma Corporation and Bojangles’. Acquiring an amazing location on Highway 101 across from BMW and beside the highly anticipated site of the up in coming Bass Pro Shop. Owners Allen and Lee Ann Johnston of Chix and Bix, LLC, who franchise in both Bojangles’ and Fuddruckers, signed the 20 year lease this quarter.

Bojangles’ boasts more than 575 locations in 10 states, primarily in the Southeast, and the District of Columbia as well as three international restaurants. This site is going to be a great addition for Bojangles’ drawing customers from this highly trafficked area which only continues to grow and expand.

This transaction is valued in excess of $1,800,000 and was brokered by Ben Hines and Bobby Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties. We are delighted to see the growth of Spartanburg and hope to see more exciting opportunities come our way!
