Zach Hines and Bobby Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the Landlord, Pain Alley, LLC, and Tenant, El Thrifty, LLC, in leasing +-7,311 square feet of space located at 25 Delano Drive in Greenville, SC fronting the Swamp Rabbit Trail in the heart of the new city park.  The space will be built out as a restaurant/bar and plans to open in 2018.
