The holiday season is about giving, sharing joy, and creating moments that touch the heart. On December 11, 2024, we were privileged to be part of something truly special at the Charles Lea Center. Every year Spencer/Hines Properties is delighted to participate in the festivities, contributing to an evening filled with laughter, love, and Christmas cheer.  

Spreading Holiday Joy with the Charles Lea Center  

At Spencer/Hines Properties, we believe in building connections that go beyond business. This year, some of our agents went the extra mile and adopted individuals from the Charles Lea Center for Christmas. This beautiful act of kindness was more than just a thoughtful gesture. It’s a way to build relationships with the amazing people who are part of the Charles Lea Center community.  

The evening was filled with joyful moments that will remain in our hearts for years to come. Together, we shared pizza, joked around, and exchanged smiles as our agents surprised their adopted individuals with gifts. Watching everyone’s faces light up as they received their presents was a reminder of what the holiday season is all about.  

A Tradition Worth Continuing  

This evening wasn’t just another community event—it was a blessing for everyone involved. Bringing smiles, happiness, and a touch of Christmas magic to the incredible individuals at the center is something we look forward to every year. It’s a tradition that reminds us of the importance of giving back, building community, and spreading hope and love during the holiday season.
