Based on their independently researched database for commercial real estate, they have the unique ability to identify top firms and brokers in each market throughout the entire U.S. At the end of each year CoStar recognizes the top 10 firms for each market by looking at total leasing transactions and total sales volume closed during that year. The top 10 firms then receive the CoStar Power Broker Award.
